Nadjma's Journey

Enriching is the word I would use to describe the Learning Journey I have had till now at Centosis. Although it is a relatively short period when we talk of 4 working years, however it was those years where I was coached to become who I am.

I was brought in a real working environment, and my first achievement was my personal development. I learnt the basics of professionalism, which consolidated itself gradually. During these years of my development, I learnt how to be more confident, show more confidence, be responsible, to act and to grow up!

The most important aspect when you are in a working environment is the mindset that you have. Centosis is what we call a creative environment which promotes the development of the self as well as the learning of the individual.

By working with several types of persons, I realized the importance of working as a team to achieve the best results. Learning is not only academic, though I have done a long pathway of educational learning, with ACCA and University Degree. Personal Development brings openness of the mind, the ability to shoulder responsibilities and to take learned actions. It is only after you have enough self-confidence that the academic learning comes into use. And this can be achieved through several steps:

  • Realizing
  • Practicing
  • Growing!

Virginia's Journey

My Learning journey at Centosis combines the personal development I have acquired; Self-Confidence, assertiveness & self-assurance.

Thanks to the coaching I received which lead to the discovery of myself, Centosis has brought me tremendous knowledge in how to develop my artistic creativeness while managing an office.

This training institution has given me the opportunity and the chance to develop my skills and abilities by doing what I love, design and what I tolerate, accounts, in a way that I enjoy both.

Over these years I have been able to improve my skills and built self confidence.

I started learning gradually; today I am managing what I thought I could not do.
